Katy Perry last August to match the official Michael Jackson's performance by placing five singles from the same album charts in the first position in the United States. Now the track The One That Got Away, will be launched as a single sixth with a single hope this successful climb to the top of the stairs.
According to Contact Music, California Gurls current single, Teenage Dream, Firework, ET and Last Friday Night (TGIF) had already received his first success ranks Billboard Hot 100. The five singles were taken from the album Teenage Dream that was launched last August 24, 2010.
The same effort was actually made in 1988 Michael Jackson ago but unfortunately the sixth and seventh singles who launched failed to enter the top five Billboard Hot 100.
